Hello,Everyone

I got one problem i had my name yellow then i paid rur to make it silver im w8ing 5 days untill today and it didnt change yet,maybe its problem cuz i had it yellow or smth?Can u check it please?

ps:125 rur has been taken for silver name .......and nothing yet
