Seal of Limit bugged

Hello,

dominators skill "seal of limit" is bugged.. it says "decrease mp/cp/hp recovery by 70% for 5minutes" but in reality your hp recovery is decreased by 100%.. I tried to pick up many life herbs / get healed / use potions but not one hp was recovered..  :-\

oh and btw olympia queue system also seems bugged.. I canceled my queue cause I had to afk for 5minutes, when I came back I was in arena.  :(

seal of limit basically sets up your max recoverable hp/mp/cp to 30%.
