i have a couple of these and i have no idea what to do with them and i cant find any npc that deals with them.
I am the bone of my sword.
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood.
I have created over a thousand blades.
Unknown to death, nor known to life.
Have withstood pain to create many weapons.
Yet, those hands will never hold anything.
So as I pray ...Unlimited Blade Works.

You can buy offline shop for that. Just check donation shop.

you can buy buff scroll with it and some potions and npc is gallent learner in every town usually close to the gatekeeper
