Tears, scales delay?

Hello, we are trying coral garden instance, we reach tears (with around 10 scales in 2 chars), drop his hp til 1/10, then he becomes invencible, we break party and from another one with the 2 chars that have the scales without any kind of pet, we make a countdawn and use the scales in tear, but allways fail, even if we do exactly at same time.
Is a question for all the ppl that maded tears in this server, its the dealy ok?, maybe instead to break the party and form another one we must to dismiss all the ppl except our 2 chars with scales?
We tried already several times and even if is unnecesary because HB is open, its like a personal will.

I saw it before, problem is that here is not 3 seconds of delay for sure.

3 seconds delay was announced when Whip and his clan on korean server asked developers for how long is delay made
that was in times when IoP instances were added to korean PTS server
so its quitte a long time ago, might have been changed during several updates made after mentioned announce
