Skill Enchant Window (player mistake)

I just purchased Giant's Codex and went into Skill Enchant window and here's what I see:

No descriptions! Where are they? On other servers I used to see the % chance of the enchant success, the description what which enchant will do, what item do I need and how much adena will it cost. Here nothing!

Is it just my client, or someone else also has it this way?
How to fix this?
Please help.

Welp, didn't notice that. I hope it will be all good after 3rd class change.
