well, not quite. The higher skill enchancement = higher skill lvl = higher chance to half kill 85lvl players/mobs on HB (which is quite usefull considering it takes a while to take down chimera)

i though if u dont have money u go for Element Attack, if u have money and can get over +15 u go for duel

Im wrong or this guy doesnt know how to enchant dagger skills?
