Spoil/drop mats amount rate

Hi,

Something changed with spoil amount, now it is x1 amount and few days ago it was from 1-5.
Also mats drop rate was up to 5, now just 1.
Is this a permanent setting or mistake?

Yep 1week ago, near goddard drop at spoil 1-5 sop, now just 1-3 

Why?
Why we don't get any info about that?

It used to be x5 amount, but people complained about it being too high so now its x1, like all other drop rate.
