New account/no BONUS!!!

Hello GM's;
   I create new account -> first character no bonus in inventory;
- i use also a code mentor and i log on site to "my account" and no button to receive the 2nd bonus for the new char;

    On mentor account it is writen the character nick, and mentor ON; 

Any GM can help? thx

Fix: Run the updater.

You need to enter the mentor code when u register new account to get 2nd bonus...

i dont get even the first bonus, and OFC i enter the mentor code!

Try to update client. Got same issue and updating worked for me.
