problem with Clan Hall

for one more time we have problem with clan halls in federation.

we lost our clanhall 15 days ago.
I make ticket for this and wait from gm's fix this problem

Today i see our clanhall in actionner

need to make something other ?

maybe server need restart to fix it ?

time to time server confused and some clan lost CH
after some days (8-10) and after restart problem fix it auto
this happened 4-5 times the last year

nowCH is in actioneer and finish in 47h

remove it from actioneer and then fix the problem
