Dear players!

As from 11.12.2015 ( !Shout ), ( +Trade ) and ( "Whisper ) chats are unavailable for characters below 40 level on Victory [x7] server .

Dear players,

Starting today, on server Victory [x7], we introduce some changes to how the skill Chain Heal (level 1) works.
The changes are due to high online. Currently, the skill doesn't do analytical choice for healing.
