Watch some streams - all those Russians have some haxx0r patches for GUI, bars, skills, timers and shit. Maybe it is time I should install some auto targeting patch myself also.

Extra bars for skills is from change on Interface of game window. Is same as colored system or nobles on debuff. But you guys are to newbie to know such things.

It's just a mod of interface and it's nothing against zRanger that noobs use to win PvP just because they don't know how to target

Entire server is jumping on parties during farm and also while we have a pvp another party jump on us so why not!
