Name already exist

Hello all,

im facing with issue with the "THIS NAME ALREADY EXSIST" . Im unable to create a new character due to this.

i tried many different name and schemas, nothing worked =[

Its known problem, or?

Well i have reserved my nick name : Aske, but 20 minutes after server start someone took this name
Can i get any help?

There are some conditions about reserving the name, like confirms from friends or date. So if someone reserved nick before you or got more confirms, you cannot take it.

At leat can i know who took this name? (his other chcracter names) cause Aske keeps stay offline (same for AskeQQ my sec. nick name) Both have been taken

The administration retains the right to change the reserved nickname in the following cases:
- nickname reserved, but the character is not used after server start
