how can i transfer rur from 1 server to another or from one account to another? is there any topic explaining this cause i couldnt find anything. thanks

You can't, only from account to character and opposite.

for example i can transfer rur from char that i have at federation to the account and use it at char that i can make at motherland with same account?

You should get half of your amount when you transfer from character to acc. But sure, I don't see the reason why not.

I think it's self explanatory when you access your website account and try to do it.

As @Poissie said you cannot transfer all the RUR's. There is a penalty involved when you transfer from an old server to a new server. I don't remember the exact ration but it's like 3:1 or 4:1.

There is an explanation how to transfer RURs from character to account in another topic.

1. Pick character name from drop down menu.
2. Enter desired number of coins (RUR)
3. Press Get Coins.

You char needs to be logged out at the moment of transaction or it will be disconnected.
