Best way to stack vitality

Whats the best way to make sure I always have vit?  I bought a hat from store, 12 hour CD.  I lagged and died, however, 5 minutes after use lol.

Use nevits. When you are about to reach 100% in nevits bar, go GC, spank once mobs while ppl are killing them and when nevits kicks in vita will go to lvl 4 if u find a decent party killing.
Buy a 3hs hat and go farm, you get 20 mins of vita lvl 4. After it goes down again to lvl 2, check nevits, kill until it's about 95% full, go GC, repeat.

That will get you going with high vita for a few hs.
