roll back?

Hello,today morning i make new char Kamael 20 lvl,got dc and server down.After log again my char is lvl 7 and no first class,what happens?

SAME!!!!, whats going on guys, i  got last night disconected on toi 9 with 72 lvl and 70%+++ ... today i logged in i was toi 11, with 71 lvl 50%, and my vit was 2lvl...  i want my lvls back .........
