Disconnects

hello. i get disconnect really often.
i play main soultaker and i box my elven elder.
i always get disconnect on my soultaker after 30minutes farming. elven elder dont get it.
any informations to help me?

i counted from this morning till now.
i played 12 hours and i got
----->20 DISCONNECTS FROM YOUR SERVER<-----
i have a very good internet connection. so it is not my fault. it´s your server.
hope you will fix it soon.

OMFG really....
now i still get lags even if i only target a fucking mob!
when i recharge myself with my box, i have sometimes delays of 10seconds until i can move on my main!
already checked my connection. it´s 100% clean and working...

I haven't experienced any lags and/or disconnects recently.
