Critical error when deleting item

Hey all, i just started to play rpg-club x3 and i have some problems already :/ so when i want to destroy item from inventory (newbie guide) i get critical error, and same when i want to take npc newbie item same error. i deleted system and patched again, dunno, should i re install client?

Ok!!! i reinstaled the client, downlaoded from Rpg-club, did full check on updater, everything i did 2-3 time, i wasted 6 hour alredy, and i can't solve the problem!!!

ok, now i can say, that i can't even buy, or sell any items in shop? how to fix it guy's cmmon help me.

Ok done, i fix that. just if som1 have same problem, update all service pack, download all xtml from windows page and it will be done. ty for help all :DDD
