  I missclicked on the part that says about "Face Baium" and "face the Platinum Tribe".....i picked the "face baium" option, is there an option to change the quest and take the "face the Platinum Tribe"?

dont think so, u gotta restart all quest or go stab baium

Remove the quest item from Quest Inventory, like delete the pipe and it will ask you again what to do.
Tested.

cant delete it or drop it :/

most of the items related with quests or quest items cant be deleted on PTS files. There are still some u can delete but i dont think pipette knife is one of them. not sure tho.
