No, the OBT (Open Beta Testing) will be wiped once the other one will start. The Server is the "Union [5x]" one, but you can't create chars yet.

Atm we have summer time which means usual moscow time is now gmt+4 and uk time is gmt+1, but at the end of october it will go back to gmt+3 moscow time and gmt0 for uk.
