So, i`m wondering, when this new shiny server will be opened, we will have the same problems like these guys? And if we won`t have, could you explaind us what you will do to prevent this, please?

They won't do anything, because they did nothing on last 3 projects. Also, don't expect they are going to ban too many russkies, just names of the servers (ussr, refferendum, empire, etc) tells you what you can expect on this server. However, other private servers are even worse when it comes to governing, so at the end even EU ppl settle here.

But, if you decide to play here, you must count that many will use programs for botting and even for pvping, and that is 100% true.

What about unban option in donations for using bots/zranger? they'll delete it

They'll tell you "it's being worked on" every single time you ask and never do anything. As for your "bot hunts", they'll make you fraps any bots you jail which will be useless if you ban the wrong bots

Trust me, i know how this shit works here. You need to have proof when jailing bots, and that proof can only be videos of those bots. And if those bots are important players (or belong to important) that proof will be useless and they'll never be jailed. If i wouldn't knew this stuff, i MIGHT have just believed you. Sadly for you, i know how stuff works on RPG.

We dont need to fraps anything, and we arent jailing we are banning, and it will stay this way same as on other servers. I sent email with few questions regarding  antibot aswell as few ideas will see what gonna be the answer.

Bot are made of to be prohibited,to be illegal!!Russians knows better to use them,and the best bot(zranger) used by russian language.(i think got english version too,anyway)Admins bans people but russians (not eu) paying,to unban chars.i know it,on empire x3 my cp got banned because they tryied to transfer Quest item to other chars,and they got banned.after 2 days,he told me he paid for both chars and after we continue farmed.(even if he was on ban list)
