How the fuck they can steal you even with IP filter?

 Well not  only me  but many friends  i know  in game have same problem.. Even with  IP filter protection, even if they are the only who know their pwd.
So the  "experience" was like this:  You got several disconnects (like 5-6 in a row  but you  doNOT have  a message "another player trying to log  in ") and  when you try to log  in after 10 minutes  stuff  missing from your account.

Ip filter  was  about  Account section use and for game as well.... so WTF how we can protect our accounts..

dont know how can you protect yourself, but by submitting ticket you can get back everything... almost everything back. Only pets can't be restored back.

this problem just came up for me too.

One of the things you learn after years of dealing with drug people , is that you can turn your back on a person , but never turn your back on a drug.

bot based on silverlight allow to brute accounts even with ip filters on

Yeah right...submited a ticket 2 weeks ago...still waiting. Guess i should have sent my bank account number on it.

My account was hacked too - 1st time of my many years of playing L2. But in my case they answered in few days (max 7days) and restored all stolen items, except fenrir.

Dont' know if it have any connection with new trade bot via browser but it was few days after i've used it...

PS. and yeah they like money:D but who's not?;) But looking at the reason of ban my friend account ("stealing" items from shared account) it looks like they like more money than players:)
