Wind Resistance Enchanted.maybe bug?

After i did 3rd my sub i took GC and i changed on main to enchant my resistance.When wind resistance was +0 was giving 30 wind resistance,after i did it +10 power i did on my self and my wind resistance was +26. lol?

Can anyone explain me this? or fix it if its bug
