Account blocked/banned for no reason.

Hey  GM ,admins etc...

My friend '"RRoXoRR", he is from x15 server and got banned on 21.02.... for no reason.
On the site is given that he "stole the acc or the char from Bleirdancer", but he told me that he has NOTHING to do with it....
SO please guys check this out, beacuse its just not human that ppl get banned for doing nothing!

Please answer me fast, if you can ofc.=)
