WTF with so many OE weps?

bcus there is a one guy selling +10 s weapon and after that next day bom he have 1 more +10 s weapon.
i saw him he had +10 fb,+10db,+10hd and last day +10 vesper blunt...
i am sure all know who  i am talking about....

I find it weird that everyone thinks/says those OE'd weapons are the result of exploits, yet, no one says anything about the crazy ammount of EWS and even BEWS around.
Few days ago, there was someone on hero voice selling EWS amoung other itens, when i moved the mouse over the ? box, he had 12 or 13 of them.

If you have good amount of S gear around, good amount of enchants, why is it that every oe'd weapon is exploited?

Seriously the best cps arent the ones with most glow here, its the ones with best overall experience, skill, teamwork. I got quite good gear and i went legit from 1-85 without clan. I got veeper weapon, oly aq, baium, tw earring drac light so i dont really get your point.

You can't know, some guns are real enchanted, some got by lags but nobody knows wich belong where. I know what you mean, but you won't find a server without bugs. Maybe GM could revert all OE items back to 0 and give to everyone who had OE items stackable enchants (for ex: if guy had gun +10 he will get 15 enchants and the weapon doesnt break with it lets say ) wich you cant trade just use. So he can make +15 or +7 just. Some people wouldn't like it and its stupid maybe i dont know... but if there is something better to discuss in this topic let me know.
