Maybe I'm wrong, but Escape Shackle doesn't work.

Moreover, it doesn't remove any kind of hold, including this from mobs and players during pvp.

Please fix it ASAP.

its working, u just cant remove some types of hold and also there is only a chance to remove it
and that chance is pretty low

I thought that it won't remove some types of hold, but just a root from SE?

And, as for chance, i thought that it should be higher than 30%, but it definitely isn't.

I don't expect 80% or sth, but that chance now (if rly exist, but i belive it is) make that skill completely useless.
