Well, i've killed 3rd RB in TOI, runned to reorin, cliff, reorin, ferris and meanwhile i went to grocery in Aden, to buy few haste pots...
Then i look - quest item just simply dissapeared. OFC whole quest was aborted. So got only one question - how?  :o
It was today, about 18:35 GMT+1, nick of character: primitive.

Would be awesome if someone could check it and restore it, cause makin RBs again, just simply suck...
