Fix olimpiad points when win\loose. When loose\wins gives more then 10 points(like in C4), in GF limit on 10 poins when loose\win.

Seems ok, but instance can be reentered in 5h(should be like 3 or 4 days, like it was before).

Tiat instance is reseting every Wednesday and Saturday at morning (around 4 am GTM+1 i think)

Its bugged agian, GMs told me they have Seeds setup from teon but still its bugged and even when nobody making SoD opened longer time by killing spawning Tiat, it opens after 1 hour always like it was bugged on beggining on server...
Correct it and close it as it should be now almost 24hours closed...

tiat spawned yesterday and sod was closed for some time but it's open again.

Those "bugs" is becouse admins foult basicly, wrong msql or w/e time configurations. It makes sod/tw/7s/oly not run or run 7/24.
To fix it is like 3h max being wery lazy and fat trol.
