2nd transfer bug

1. date and time : 29/01/11 between 20:00 and 20:30 gmt +3
2. game location: giran at blacksmith near "kusto" NPC
3. chars involved: wrestlemania27
4.i made my 2nd transfer to warsmith and seconds later the server restarted...when i logged i wasnt a warsmith anymore but an artisan and my marks needed for the 2nd tranfer were gone.
5.it is sure a bug
6. i need help cause i cant do it all over again. its very hard
