Lost fame

In weekend before tw started, me and others lost fame points. Will you fix this problem ? Ticket was made soon after but seems you don't answer at all

Seems they don't care because they closed my ticket  3-4 times without giving me an answer or doing something to fix it.

i did the same, they told me to stop flooding after i reopened it 3 times.
