Lags and spikes

Wtf with spikes and lags this days...from 5 -6 days when   9000  + ppl log ingame like 20-30 % of the server starts getting lag / spikes...  i have 1 sec delay it's just fucking ruins the fun of the game

Unplayable for me last 2 days...
Weird that just part of server is lagging. Ive asked like 5 players from czech and they are lagging. I though that something is wrong just here but as i can read even players from bg and other countries are lagging...

i had 0.5-1.5sec delays every 2 minutes so not to bad... pretty much same as when ur on RuOff

half of my CP is lagging and half is absolutely ok - we are all from czech and one from slovakia (not lagging)

especialy on HB it's unplayable - like 5 sec freez, 2 sec ok, 5 sec freez, 2 sec ok, etc.
