You can use OOG(trade bot) and you can run them even on Pentium 1 since is not a game but a small program.

manor system ftw, it gives like 2-3kk adena from 1 low lvl mob. But it will be hard to exchange fruits for you. But still, if you sell them for lower prices, you should still get like 1kk per 30lvl mob. So 100 mobs - 100kk aden ^^ .
