weird trade bug

recently i've noticed weird bug with trade. I traded some items to my boxed char and i received confirmation on sysmsg window, but items weren't moved anywhere. first char didn't had items and second either, i couldn't trade again cause sysmsg gave me info that, im already trading with someone (but i don't have any info about starting another trade and trade window is invisible for me). After relog items are back, but this bug appear pretty often lately and makes trading every annoying. any idea what can cause it?

Imo inventory updates are delayed a little bit to reduce lag and thats why this "problem" presists (same if you pickup an item from drop and no sysmessage, but after login you have the item).
