Nub Question - Where to get A Grade arrows?

I can't seem to find them anywhere, and no1 helps  /sad panda

Need to know these things before I start playing again, kind of a key item to be able to play as a Ranger!!

On some lvl archers have such skill to create A and S grade arrows.
It's one way (you need A / S crystals for it) and second way is to craft it by crafter (there is recipe for this arrows).

Ok I don't know which archer youy are but for example:

here you have for archer on 66 lvl you have such skill like: Quiver of Arrow: Grade A (Summons 700-2800 Mithril Arrows. Consumes 1 A-Grade Crystal.)
An on 72 you have: Quiver of Arrow: Grade S

Other archers have too this skills, and I think that on the same level.

Just go Hot springs/ketra/varka/woa and ask some ppl to not pick them from the ground and leave them to you.
