LL is not a clan of it's own entirety afaik, it's just got formed up and it's consisted of constants from clans on the 5x, some of which, as i heard, are having activity problems. Come ooon!

Yes they did recruit but very few as meat shields, the core was there to begin with, recruits some of which didn't make it in the long run.
