Problem around restoring the password

I have a problem with the password which I changed and I probably forgot and when I am using the option of restoring the password is getting no mail. Sea somebody with it to help?

first use proper email like gmail not some third world trash. Second make sure that email is correct.

the e-mail is certainly good, I tried on my boxach where the e-mail is on 100 % good and isn't getting theses messages with the password

It for what I is getting no message around regaining the password?
