Using buystore to sell

Today when I was checking the market in rune I saw a kamael buying flash gunpowder for 25kk hoping he didn't know you can buy them for 2k, so I went to the grocery to buy one, but when I came back and tried to sell it I couldn't since  I didn't have enough adena

first I took prints of it, but I figured it would be more clear to see in a vid, so I frapsed him

also, I wanted to check if it was a scammer that made a random lvl 1 character to do this, but when I checked him on the signature site I couldn't see his class, which I find strange

I really hope you GMs look into this, because if this gets used frequently then alot of people will get scammed from it
