Why i have this problem?

Can some1 explain me ,why? I log in,stay in game 10-15 min and i got this critical,after that i cant log?

Someone can tell me what i have to do to remove this problem?

1) Always Start L2 RPG with updater
2) put this file in Animations folder http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TU77JGAD ( scan it before, to eliminate any doubt )
