Can't login in game or in the site cause of IP-Mask error.

All started yesterday night (5:00 am GMT+2) if i recall right , i gave a real life friend (Guaranteed) the password to farm since i had already 3 boxes, all went good until we finished, we shared the loot and i asked him to logout so i could login and change the password and stuff. When i tried to login it said IP-Mask error, i tried the IP-Mask change option but when i enter the email, and the ID, i try to delete IP Filter and it says translated "Invalid Data". He tried to login in game and site as well and same happened to him. I even checked e-mails but nothing, can you help me out ?

idk ... i cant log in account of site.. then i go to Error IP= Ip Mask and nothing there too..

I got the "change ip protection and password" in login.

Just logged to site reseted the IP protection and get a new pass and was fixed

Thats what happenes when you try to login in game, my problem is both in game and site.

 I havent configured IP Filter for site or game, it was automatically done i think.

If you can't reset the IP protection through mail, send message to support explaining why you can't.
