Skill Vengeance works in those situations:
- it can be used near one or more mobs, aggro them ( making mobs hit you ), and activating a buff that increase your defence stats at same time.
- it can be used near flagged players..same..aggro them ( making players hit you ), and activating that buff.

If you use Vengeance in town = no work. It doesnt work like UltimateDefence.
If you use Vengeance against white people = no work.

Except that, shield is required in order to cast vengeance.
