PROBLEM WITH ACOUNT

I have the same problem second time at one day. i disconected from server(ussr x15) and then wheni go log in again said tha i have to change my IP and my acoount. I logged in to the rpg site and i press my pass and acound and said a message like that .. IP ERROR=IP MASK . plz help cause the char is 72 lvl up and i don't wonna llose it!!!
