Scammed by exploiting the game bug?

How come GM's and such do  not refund ppl that gets scammed by game bugs? You want donnations of people while this happens?

there is certain bug related to this, i have noticed it also on that red gem quest, some morons were selling for 1m adena each and one guy was trying to buy exactly 1 for price of 12milions, so i took a quest in aden went and dropped 1 of those items and was unable to sell them on that shop, still not sure how they manage to set a shop that is buying something that u cannot even sell him, because once i set that type of shot for my friend to test he was able to sell me stuff.

It's explained here. Basically, if you trade all your adena to pet you'll be able to set the shop but won't be able to buy anything.
