Change ip filter

Im doing step by step what is in instruction and still nothing happening. I didn't even touched "set ip" section and small tip my friend can log my char while I can.t and when i try to change set ip to my it saying that its changed and still i cant log in...

Had same problem today, but solved. It is very easy
1. login on rpg web
2. set ip
3. press no filter and remove mark on "USE FOR GAME?"
4. write code and press SET IP FILTER.
5. Enjoy gaming

i got same problem today also..and i need to ask lf i change the ip filter i am gonna be only able to log with those acc?
