ok there is a solution for me... and its soooooo easy that i didnt even think about it earlier. I was using comodo internet security... after uninstalling it everything runs normally... no cheat errors... so dumb

Just when you exit game you have to do it all again.. Just install update in derection where you have system folder.. And your update will be like 50 secs - 1min .. And press start button .. and you will enter the world of lineage 2 xD .. When you exit game again install and all around like thet..
