Cat buff rly useless?

Well lately i was trying to get pt with cat on max lvl queen buff but it's impossible atm. Melee/archer pt's rly doesn't need queen buff anymore? Is it rly that better to take one more dd than boosting your crt dmg and rate?

3DD's+bish+ee+wc+bd+sws+cat is pretty good setup for lets say even IT/MOS/FOG so why i don't see pt's like this? Which class replaced cat?

Cat is still good but on archer partys its more oriented to mass pvp, for 9vs9 and small scale pvps Slh is way better.
