Why this problem Appear ? It Say me Cheat? Turn any program that modifie client!

Whay this appear time by time.. sometime it don't appear like 3 hours then it start to spam like holly shit? I Tryed to turn off dll and other shits from system32 but still don't help ,any 1 got any information how to fix it? I eather don't have instaled BotShop,3rd party program software, neather Any Ig,Ogg Walker's , no  auto clicker's .. i don't know what can issue this ? if any 1 know plz leave a Post , if any of admin able to help me to fix that, Post too , thx!

U need to shift+delete the system32 folder inside windows folder and it will be fixed.
