How to become scout?

I'm new and I need to know how to become Scout please.

I have played on L2 dreams but there you didn't need to do any quest or anything like that.

So can someone tell me how to do it please?

I only saw one quest at Eleven village, at Evas Temple, but it doesn't seem like the scout quest!

where to get it??
