With chant of spirit and mental 4 lv this skill land rate is 100%... It should work that? Im not sure but i think it is bug...

If u remember scream about cancel from sps/sorf ... nefered casting speed,reuse... and they made Buff Stealers:)) This skill is more hell than cancel before

Not a bug, always takes 7 buffs and always takes the ones applied to you last. Just buff up your important stuff at the beginning.
