I don't completely understand the difference in Points and Accumulated points at this link

but according to this page HB is at stage 0 - it means no1 entered yet ... so how is possible that the number (Points) is rising?

mhmm ... since when mobs from IoP counts for HB stage? this means HB can be stage 2 even before some1 enter ... and that seams odd

Doing the quest to open HB also adds points to it, that are needed to power the gate. Even if you finish the q for HB, the gate will still need to be green before you can enter. Once HB is level 1, the gate will be green and ppl will be enter.

well according to all tutorials on HB that I found over the internet - HB stage 1 is made by the first player who enters via appropriate Quests

if u mean u can't take "Bird in a Cage" and "That's Bloody Hot!" before accumulating 100k points then it's not true (I tryed to take the Q)

killing baylor is one of the last things needed to enter HB (via regular quests) ... if some1 already did kill baylor the HB would be probably opened and it is NOT ...

Best option:

Make contaminated crystal (every partymember need it).
Make instance (kechi, darnel, tears). From each RB u get crystal (Blue, Red, Dark?).
If u have all crystals, u can go to baylor (every partymember must have these crystals, and every partymember loose one of them (randomly), when u enter).
If u kill baylor, u can put these crystals into warpgate and HB points will be increased.

When HB will have 100k, warpgate will be green and u can enter.

edit: and about Шабака post, u can increase these points by putting items from iop into warpgate (i dont know exactly the name of these items, but its from chests in water on IoP).
