This just means that admins increased the drop chance by quite a lot. And when that happens, the rates get screwed up, perfect example being the DC gloves recipe or the fire stones in IoP.

do you mean the thing with drop rate groups in scripts ? I mean, if you reach in sum 100% in any drop rate group, all items above this line doesnt drop, or drop with very low chance ? example : Mob A (vesper shit a 10%, vesper shit b 10%, vesper shit c 10%) (animal skin 40%, iron ore 40%, cokes 40%, dark stone 40%...), so from first group, each vesper shit part will drop properly with 10% chance, but from the second group only first 3 items will drop, but dark stones and everything after them will be fckd up.

Obviously, specially in this day and age. But you have the answer inside your question. Clearly their interest is to put up H5 as soon as possible, no? : ) If they didn't yet, they did so with good reason. Or do you think of admins like trolls on internet forums, delaying the update intentionally then laughing at the users crying over it. Please tell me you don't believe such a thing.

dont get me wrong, i dont speak about H5, ETA etc.....my reaction was pure on "you play for free" thing

Usually i don't involve in such chat, but i just feel the need to add this: being forced to pay a subscription monthly is not quite the same as playing for 100% free if you want, no?
The staff will take as much time as they deem necessary to reach a level of quality that they are satisfied with and they have zero obligations to anyone. If you really want a broken H5 up, i'm sure you can find such servers by the dozen out there.
