The only things new to me from your list are the tiat problems and the olympiad doors and same cage. Rest i knew but some of them forgot to write them in the thread.
What i expected from you, was a report of dupes and exploits as those are important to be fixed. That's what i understood from your "similar list".

-sometimes summoned servitor in olympiad does not follow,
-olympiad: doors opened right after u got ported (should be closed),
-olympiad: you and your opponent in the same cage,
-macro doesnt work for rush impact / rush skills,
-no teleporter after defeating valakas/antharas,
-missing textures: giran, olympiad, valakas lair,
